Returns

If a product is returned or exchanged, it must be in perfect condition and notice must be given within a maximum period of 15 calendar days.

You can contact us and we will take care of managing the exchange of incorrect products.

To do this, graphic evidence of the product must be attached justifying the reason for the return.

If the incident is verified, we will send the new product within a period of 48-72 hours since the verification is generated.
