    • Our cured Iberian acorn-fed morcón is made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat. After supplementing it with salt, spices and additives, it is kneaded and stuffed into pork “cecum”, which is the gut that joins the large intestine and the small intestine of the animal. To ensure excellent quality, it is subsequently subjected to a careful maturing / drying process.

    • Mantenerlo en un lugar seco alejado de fuentes de calor y rayos directos del sol.

      Temperatura media del ambiente entre los 17º y 24ºC.

      Congelado  en aparatos de entre -18ºC y -24ºC y  congelar piezas enteras envasadas al vacío. En su defecto, envueltas perfectamente en papel film. En el momento de descongelar en nevera lentamente.
