  • Description.

    Our acorn-fed Iberian loin, 100% Iberian breed, is made with the ileospinal muscle of the Iberian pig, practically free of external fat. Supplemented with salt and marinated to later undergo a careful process of curing that gives the product an unbeatable quality. This noble piece of pork is handcrafted by expert hands.

  • Conservation.

    Keep it in a dry place away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

    Average ambient temperature between 2ºC and 8ºC.

    Frozen  in appliances between -18ºC and -24ºC and  freeze whole vacuum-packed pieces. Failing that, perfectly wrapped in plastic wrap. At the time of defrosting in the fridge slowly.

  • Consumption.

    Once opened, consume preferably within a week.
