Acorn-fed Iberian ham with a mild flavor, little salt, low cholesterol, a high percentage of "infiltrated fat" and a high protein content.
Our acorn-fed Iberian ham comes from one of the hind limbs of the Iberian pig. It has been subjected to the action of salt and subsequently to a careful drying process in natural cellars to ensure the excellent quality of this product.
