The Iberian bait loin it is one of the noblest cuts of pork.


Its process of seasoning with natural spices and paprika, adding its marinade in a traditional way, offers a unique aroma. 



  • Description.

    Our Iberian bait loin is made with the ileospinal muscle of the Iberian pig, practically free of external fat. After being salted, marinated and stuffed into fiber casing, it is subjected to a careful curing process to obtain a product of the highest quality.

  • Conservation.

    Keep it in a dry place away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

    Average ambient temperature between 2ºC and 8ºC.

    Frozen  in appliances between -18ºC and -24ºC and  freeze whole vacuum-packed pieces. Failing that, perfectly wrapped in plastic wrap. At the time of defrosting in the fridge slowly.

  • Consumption.

    Once opened, preferably consume within a week.
